Claims Procedure and Claim Forms

Prior to downloading (printing) a claim form from the list below, please read our claims procedure.

As Insurance Brokers, we have an obligation to assist with the administration of your claim and we assure you at Austnet Group we pride ourselves in ensuring a claim is settled fairly and promptly. Claims management is a Brokers responsibility as well.

Making a claim following an accident, injury or fire, theft or any other incident is very easy.

STEP 1. Simply contact our nearest office and notify the circumstances of your loss giving time, date, injury suffered, or damage which has occurred. We will take the details down and then advise you what to do next.

STEP 2. Request a claim form (or we will direct you to this website to download a form) or alternatively your account executive (broker) will give you further advice such as a direct dial 1300 or 1800 number to the Insurer who will computer log the claim, or in some circumstances approve the claim immediately.

STEP 3.  Return you claim documents to us (or as otherwise advised, directly to the Insurer for some classes of Insurance) with any receipts, quotations for repair, photographs, and all relevant information.

We will ensure your claim is administered professionally and swiftly, whilst monitoring that your policy entitlements are adhered to.
